The cows graze on the sweet grasses of Western Marin and Sonoma Counties in Northern California at the 12 family farms (including the Straus Dairy Farm) that supply our milk. The organic grasses thrive in the mild coastal climate, and are rich in beta-carotene, giving our dairy products their rich and unique flavor.
