After the success of our NYC restaurant, Hu Kitchen expanded to help consumers "Get Back to Human" with retail products. House-ground Hu Paleo/Vegan Chocolate was born when we needed an ultra-clean chocolate for our store. It quickly gained a cult following and is available at hukitchen.com, on Amazon, and at retailers nationwide. Our creamy, delicious chocolate features organic/fair-trade cacao with NO: dairy, cane/refined sugar, soy lecithin, emulsifiers, gluten, or GMOs.
